We had an absolute wonderful stay. We brought my family from out of Davao to also stay with us. Rosemarie and Tom were friendly super responsive and wonderful hosts. We loved the space which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. They even set up all the bedrooms to accommodate us all comfortably. Photos matched reality and the family enjoyed the pool space and close proximity to the city. The space was also quiet and relaxing. On our son's first birthday they even surprised us with a birthday cake which was so thoughtful. We had an emergency stay at hospital and both Rosemarie and Tom were so caring and helpful to accommodate our situation. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back next year!

The house is nestled in a quiet location, had a beautiful newly renovated pool which was a bliss, and had comfortable furnishings. The AC worked well and the kitchen was ok although it might not be well equipped for avid cooks.

The house was perfect for our first family trip to the city! Its a short walk from groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants. It's also near the main street, so you can just hail a cab or a jeepney and you are minutes away from the heart of Davao City. The property is very nice and I liked how the units are spread throughout the compound. The pool is just the right size for kids and for adults to have fun and keep cool. We also enjoyed all the large eating areas to enjoy meals with larger groups. The ACs in each of the sleeping areas are very good and the restrooms are just fine. Also, the wif-fi speed was adequate. The onsite staff (at the main house) are also super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. The only thing that was an issue is that if you have a large rental vehicle like a van or big SUV...it can be difficult to maneuver into the parking area since the street is quite narrow.

We had a wonderful stay. Much much better than i expected. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Everything was quality about the house. The beds were very comfortable too. Extremely good air con in the bedrooms with a lovely ceiling fan in the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. The jewel in the crown is the lovely clean swimming pool surrounded by landscaped garden. Also has pool lights for a dip in the evenings. Plenty of shops nearby and also a nice Jollibee a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend this place.

It was nice and clean and private, we enjoyed the pool very much, and the quite nabo hood, and the local food.

My family loved this place! What could not be captured in the photos, which I would like to mention, are the sense of bright living areas, big rooms, and quiet neighborhood. Swimming pool is always kept clean and we always enjoyed swimming. If you intend to cook, the kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, microwave with convection oven, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutleries. I would suggest some microwaveable dishes, though, in case you want to reheat some food. If cooking is not your style, the area is close to Jollibee (every balikbayan would not miss this on the checklist). Or better yet, ask Rosemarie's mom, to cook for you (they do catering), they make delicious food, too!

This was an exceptional home in the heart of Davao city. The host, Lotlot (sister of the host) is such a warm-hearted person and the entire experience, from booking with Rosemarie and Thomas, to special requests, to arriving late due to plane delays, helping with local info, right to our departure was a kind, seamless, value-for money experience. The flat had everything we needed, was clean, cool, safe, private yet friendly help was readily available and nearby, wifi was speedy, the pool: EXCELLENT, complete satisfaction guaranteed. The location is a 2 minute walk from local shops (Jolibee too) and a P150 ride to the nearest SM mall. Its only a short taxi ride from the airport also. I not only recommend anyone staying in Davao to stay here but I will definitely be staying here next time I visit with my family.

This have been a wonderful place to stay. Everything have been as the description on airbnd. The only thing not mentioned is the most wonderful and very kind host, who was always very helpfull. It easy fit 5 people and it's nice and quite, and it's very nice to sit outside, with the coffee in the morning, overlooking the pool and the very nice garden. The pool is very nice to use and it is very clean, like the garden and surroundings.

A private rest house. Bigger than 2bedroom or 3Bedroom Condominium. You can easily call Grab taxi or they call taxi service at the same rate. Very accommodating neighbors. Near Highway. You can swim even at night just be quet so that you can disturb neighbors. Overall we recommend you and your families.

The house is not new but it's not very old either. Very clean inside and out. The street going inside and the parking space is a little tight though but our overall stay was perfect. I would recommend this place for a family or group stay considering it will fit 5 persons easily.

We were greeted so warmly upon our arrival in Davao by Rosemarie's sister. In preparation for our arrival the guesthouse, little gestures were placed in the house to welcome us - a plant, fruit and a card. The pictures on the internet enticed me to book, but they actually don't do the guesthouse justice. It is cozy, warm and welcoming. The pool and garden feel like a small retreat within the city and it was so wonderful to wake and hear the birds singing. The family took us in with such kindness. They went out of their way to answer every question and took steps to ensure our stay was comfortable. Rosemarie and her husband, Thomas were so easy to talk to and it made our stay so much more stress free. The house has two large bedrooms with tasteful furnishings and quiet aircons. The kitchen, dinning room and living room is in studio style with a great view to the pool and mini oasis garden. The furniture is comfortable, clean and balances with the decor of the house. The location is ideal. It is a short trip to the city centre and not in a part of town that is heavily congested with traffic. It is just off a main street but in a cosy neighborhood that you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the city. My daughters enjoyed the pool immensely and spent many hours playing in it. It was always clean and well maintained which made it even more enticing to cool down after a hot day. For anyone looking for a cosy house in Davao, I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
