We decided to have a pricing model which is fair to both – to our guests and to us as host.

So instead of charging the same price for every booking, our overnight rate depends on the number of guests and the number of days you are staying. 

Just enter the number of people and the number of nights and our price will be displayed.

Here some basic information about our rates to give you information on how we calculate our prices. This is just for your information and the basis for above calculation:

Renting Guesthouse:
First two guests	4,500 PHP	per night for two guests
Each additional guest	900 PHP	per additional guest and night Maximum of 7 guests
Cleaning charges:	1,000 PHP	per stay (one-time payment)

Renting Garden house:
First two guests	4,000 PHP	per night for two guests
Each additional guest	900 PHP	per additional guest and night Maximum of 5 guests
Cleaning charges:	1,000 PHP	per stay (one-time payment)

Renting both houses:
First six guests	9,500 PHP	per night for 6 guests
Each additional guest	900 PHP	per additional guest and night Maximum of 12 guests
Cleaning charges:	2,000 PHP	per stay (one-time payment)

Discounts:
More than one week	10 %
More than two weeks	25 %
More than three weeks	40 %
More than four weeks	50 %

Children below the age of 6 are free!!!

Children 6 to 12 years pay the half price (450 PHP per night).

Sometimes we also offer special discounts for times when there are less guests booking.

Our minimum stay is two nights – For main seasons there is an extended minimum stay of 7 days.

Payment terms:
Downpayment 10,000 PHP to confirm your reservation
Cancellation 30 days before check-In date – you get a refund of 8,000 PHP
Cancellation 7 days before check-in date – you get a refund of 4,000 PHP
Cancellation within 7 days before check-in date – no refund of the downpayment

Rest of the payment is due before check-in or during check-in in (cash or GCash)
