The Garden House
Felisa’s Garden house was built in 2019 and is part of Felisa’s Guesthouse.
The Garden House can be rented individually or together with our Guesthouse.
Our private pool gives you time to relax and if you’re tired you can cool down in the air-conditioned rooms.
The Garden House has a floor area of around 60 square meters and a maximum capacity of 5 guests.
Together with the Guesthouse we can host up to 12 guests (7 in the Guesthouse and 5 in the Garden house).
We are staying in the same vicinity and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs!
Location
Felisa’s Guesthouse and Garden house are located in a residential subdivision (Ma-a) near the heart of Davao City. Several interesting places are only a short jeepney or taxi-drive away. Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts are 200 meters away.

Guest rooms
The master’s bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. Floor area is around 12 sqm.
The second bedroom located on the first floor has one single bed and one bunkbed. Floor area is around 12 sqm.
Both bedrooms in the Garden house have a split type air condition and each has a private bathroom.
Guest access
All rooms of the Garden house can be used exclusively. That includes an own kitchen as well as the dining and living terrace and the two bedrooms with their private bathrooms.
The private pool in the garden can be used only by our guests staying in the Guesthouse and in the Garden house and by us. The pool is not open to other guests from the outside.
Interaction with guests
We are available if you have questions or need anything. If you would like to have breakfast prepared or you request help with your laundry please let us know ahead of time.
We also offer catering for your small private parties while staying in our place.
Other things to note
Please note that the Garden House is available for a maximum of 5 people.
Together with the Guesthouse we can host up to 12 guests (7 in the Guesthouse and 5 in the Garden house).
Kids below 6 years of age can stay for free in our Garden house (no extra bed provided).
Kids in the age of 6 years and above are counted for the maximum number guests.
Minimum stay in our Guesthouse is two nights (in August and December the minimum stay is 7 days).
