The Guesthouse

Felisa’s Guesthouse was opened in 2008. We built it for us to stay there when visiting our family in Davao while we stayed abroad.

We renovated the pool and guesthouse in the beginning of 2023. Now the pool and garden is even more beautiful than it used to be.

Our private pool gives you time to relax and if you’re tired you can cool down in the air-conditioned rooms.

The Guesthouse has a floor area of 100 square meters and a maximum capacity of 7 guests.

Together with our Garden house, we can host 12 guests (7 in the Guesthouse and 5 more in our Garden house).

We are staying in the same vicinity and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs!

Location

Felisa’s Guesthouse is located in a residential subdivision (Ma-a) near the heart of Davao City. Several interesting places are only a short jeepney or taxi-drive away. Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts are 200 meters away.

Vicinity

The guesthouse is in the same vicinity as our Garden house and the house where we live.

Guest rooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a pullout bed with an extra mattress. Floor area is around 20 sqm.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a pullout bed with an extra mattress. Floor area is around 20 sqm.

Both bedrooms in the Guesthouse have a split type air conditioner.

Guest access

All rooms of the Guesthouse can be used exclusively. That includes an own kitchen and bathroom as well as the dining and living area and the two bedrooms. There is also a terrace facing the pool.

The private pool in the garden can be used only by our guests staying in the Guesthouse and in the Garden house and by us. The pool is not open to other guests from the outside.

Interaction with guests

We are available if you have questions or need anything. If you would like to have breakfast prepared or you request help with your laundry please let us know ahead of time.

We also offer catering for your small private parties while staying in our place.

Other things to note

Please note that the guesthouse is available only for a maximum of 7 people.

Together with the Garden house we can host up to 12 guests (7 in the guesthouse and 5 in the Garden house).

Kids below 6 years of age can stay for free in our Guesthouse (no extra bed provided).

Kids in the age of 6 years and above are counted for the maximum number of guests.

Minimum stay in our Guesthouse is two nights (exceptions might be applicable during peak season).
